★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is never around when you need them. Nurses are hard to get ahold of. Food is just ok. Taking money from these seniors when they shouldn’t be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From a relative and the staff that endure working here, I've heard very many poor accounts - from people soiling themselves or falling with loudly little staff attention - to staff complaining that they are completely understaffed. I've been to the location several times and it just looks sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor meals, not the quality that was had before optima took over, have not had a hairdresser for a few weeks. Lots of residents have not had clean hair since the last lady left. ( she had to leave for family reasons) The new Manager said that finding a hairdresser was not important. Talking down to the residents. Very poor situation. I would never put a family member into a Optima home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Callous and insensitive staff, from the nurses to the management level. If you're not the primary contact, their corporate policy refuses to update you on your loved one's status even when they've been moved to hospital. If your parent is a resident here expect to be left very anxious and desperate looking for answers.
