My husband and I had to make the very hard decision to let our girl Calliope go. From our first contact with Jordan to the appointment with Dr. Laura and Emily we were treated with such kindness, respect and empathy. She passed in her favourite place, my husband's arms, surrounded by love. I cannot thank Heart with Wings enough. You are providing an invaluable service with the utmost professionalism and care. Our little pup of 13 years has been sick and suffering and we made the painful decision to put him down. He melts down at the vet, shaking uncontrollably and wimpering. We wanted him to have a peaceful passing at home and had heard of in home euthanasia. Our vet recommended Dr Coulters service " Heart with wings". I am in awe of how incredibly compassionate and skilled Dr. Laura Coulter was with our little doggie and even our grieving family. It cost a few dollars more but please do this for your family pet if you are able. I feel like we honoured him with a very peaceful passing in his final moments. Dr. Laura definately has a gift.?

Oh my goodness, I cant say enough great things about the Heart with Wings team. From my first phone call with Jordan to the end of life of my Guiness dog was absolutely nothing short of amazing. The hard decision to help Guiness pass over was indeed the best decision for him and I was reassured of that. Jordan went over the whole process over the phone with me and then helped me decide what was best for our family, giving us all the options. Once Dr. Erin arrived at our home she also went over everything with us. She told us step by step what was going to happen, how long it would approximately take and gave us the appropriate private time needed to spend time with him when he relaxed and then say goodbye to our baby boy when he passed. He was in so much pain for the few days leading up to his passing and he is no longer suffering now. Dr. Erin provided a blanket and even wrapped him up like a baby to take him away. A few days later I received a little kit of memorabilia of Guiness. So proud of this team for the fantastic level of compassion, kindness and understanding shown through one of the toughest times in someone's life. Thank you!!

Dr. Laura and Emily were so respectful and kind to our old dog who passed at home on his favourite bed, with his family surrounding him. The ladies have such a quiet presence and it was wonderful to have such compassionate people help us and Boomer in our time of need. This service is well worth every penny. Our furry friends love us unconditionally and protect us so why wouldn't we spend the money to give them the respectful, peaceful passing at home that they deserve. The clay paw print and urns are a beautiful touch and a nice memory.

Over the holidays my 17yr old dog Ruby got very sick. I reached out by email and Jordan responded right away and showed compassion. Dr. Erin was such a kind soul and made our Ruby feel comfortable. You receive speedy responses and they are accommodating. They walk you through every step and help prepare you for your appointment. I highly recommend this service to everyone.

I truly cannot say enough kind words about Heart With Wings at home euthanasia services. Dr. Erin arrived at my father's home with absolute kindness and such a gentle manner. I really did not feel ready to say goodbye to my best friend that day. When I started speaking to Dr. Erin about Charlie's diabetes, blindness and extreme anxiety, she made me feel so confident and comfortable in my decision. I keep saying to myself I wouldn't have been ready if someone else had walked through that door. She provided me with absolute reassurance. Dr. Erin spent close to half an hour speaking with me, relaxing me, and most importantly - getting to know Charlie and giving him treats. He was in absolute heaven. I cannot say enough thank yous for taking such good care of my boy in his final moments. I was also absolutely blown away to find out that Charlie was staying at the Heart With Wings facility in order to be "aquamated." I had no idea about this until the day of - I was just dreading the entire process. I was so thankful he stayed at the same facility and was not transported to a third party cremation service. Finally, the keepsakes and care package provided were absolutely beautiful and so thoughtful. I never expected the urn and pawprints to be personalized with Charlie's name. I broke down into tears opening the package. So thoughtful just like the entire staff. Once again, I HIGHLY recommend this service. As another reviewer stated, it is definitely worth every penny.
