★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very helpful when there. very rude when asked a simple question. I only called in cause they said i will have my new glasses in two weeks. its been more then two weeks and havent herd so i called and asked cause maybe they wrote my number down wrong or couldnt get through. But i mean iget that its covid-19 and things are slow. but dont tell a costumer that your glasses will be here in less than two weeks unless you know for sure. i need my new glasses month ago.hopinbg it gets done sooner then later. i told them i cant see through what i have now.. i am a bit unhappy with the phone call
