我多年在这家诊所看病，感觉非常好，装修整洁，干净，温馨，有一种家的感觉！S.TSUI医生对病人热情，周到，耐心，技术水平一流，服务态度很好！化验室的老师态度也特别好，工作仔细，和蔼可亲，认真负责任，普通话说得很好，多年来深受患者及家属的喜爱和好评！ I have been in this clinic for many years and I feel very good. The decoration is neat, clean, warm, and I feel like a family! Dr. S. TSUI is enthusiastic, considerate, patient, first-class technology, and good service attitude to patients! The teachers in the laboratory have a very good attitude. They work carefully, are amiable, and are responsible. They speak Mandarin well and have been loved and praised by patients and their families for many years!

I had a concussion from a snowboard accident. Walked-in with a friend and told the front desk that i had a concussion. The front desk rudely asked if i made an appointment. I did not but my head was going crazy that morning and i need immediate medical attention. The lady rudely told me “NO walk ins” then told me to walk to another walk in. Can a hospital turn away a medical emergency like this? It was the rudest and unethical experience ever.

Don't come here! Just a terrible experience! I would give this medical center a zero if I could. I called them again and again, over and over just to book an appointment. The customer service is worst than any buisness I've ever visited. First I called them looking to book an appointment and they said that they need the recent bloodwork and a referral which is understandable. So I contacted my family doctor to get them to send it over. When it was sent over to this facility, my family doctor gave us the "ok" to book an appointment. So we did the next day. Then they told us that they didn't receive it so we can't book an appointment, so I called my doctor to make sure that he delivered it and he said that he did, so we call this medical center AGAIN and this time, not so surprisingly, they didn't pick up and not to mention this was during office hours. Because they didn't pick up, we left a message addressing this issue and they never got back to us. Now, about a month later we go to the family doctor and they tell us to call this facility, and this is when it gets very frustrating. We called to book an appointment with a doctor and they tell us to call Care First, so we do and they say that this doctor has "retired" and can't book an appointment. So we call back to this place to ask what to do since she "retired" and guess what they say! They say that she has worked at this facility the whole time! They told us to call Care First because that was where the doctor met with my friend at their first appointment and that's where the blood work is but we know that we sent it there. Anyways don't come here. It was a terrible experience. I hope this helps you!
