Corpell's Water

Took care of me right away. Explained everything clearly and I walked out with a water cooler. The rental price is great and it includes maitanence. Good deal.

I would like to thank Corpell's for having the Kureg items, I recently purchased 4 boxes of them, Apple Cider, Caramel, Laura Secord Mint Hot Chocolate and Cafe Mocha. The staff member said he hadn't tried the mint and it wasn't that popular but I wanted everyone to know that all of those types I mentioned are more than awesome. I have been getting water from Corpell’s for about 3 years now. They never fail to disappoint! It is the quickest errand you will ever have to run! They carry out the water jugs into my car by the time I even have my water card stamped. Always exceeding my expectations! Thank you!

On several occasions now we had random 5 gallon water bottles purchased at Steinbach Co-op that had a terrible taste. As if it had been overheated.

If you are a working parent, you will definitely benefit from using corpells home delivery service. It is one service I can count on! We just call and they deliver the jugs to us the following morning. They pick up your empty jugs also (if you forget to bring out the empties, they still deliver for you). Bill is sent in the mail and Payments can be made through online banking. We usually order to last us about a month. The dispatcher is polite and professional. I'm glad Corpells Water is operating:) Thank you to all the staff.

Lazy delivery drivers are late and take their sweet time. Even taking personal calls when they were already late, and customer is waiting past closing time. Never have I seen someone move so slow, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I am giving a rating of 2/5 because every once in a while we come across a batch of water that has a moldy taste and smell and we have to end up dumping the jug of water. The problem is when you go out and get water jugs at a retail store, Corpell's is pretty much what you will find out there. So we just take a risk and hope that the water we bring home is okay. So, I am a little frustrated with regards to lack of consistency and also wondering how clean/sterile their facilities are if sometimes the water has this quality. I 100% agree with Gina Hiebert's review, 2 reviews below!

We tried to make arrangements with Corpell's through the sales manager Ryan. We we re looking for monthly delivery of 5 regular bottles and 1 Distilled. They were given a Pre Authorized Debit form and were instructed to pull the payment on the 15th of every month. I had dealt with them in the past and "thought" we had a good relationship with them. They tried to pull the payment on the 1st, not the 15th and it came back hitting us with $50 NSF fee. They did not contact us nothing was said until I discovered the issue when we went to order more bottles. Spoke with the Account Manager and she had arranged to take payment on the 15th of Feb as they should have done on the 15th. Instead I find out today that the Sales Manager cancelled our delivery she had cleared up, instead they entered our home, took our bottles and took off leaving our door wide open swinging in the wind for 3 hours. When I went to try and sort this out, I was forwarded back to the same Sales Manager who had stated "he knew who I was" told me some ridiculous story about how I was allergic to water, yet could not provide me with any factual information. He was very hostile on the phone, smug and arrogant and told us that "they had a thick file on us". What that is supposed to mean I will never know. He told me "We were not worth discussing this matter any further and hung up on me". I tried to contact the President of the Company which is owned by L'eau 1 Incorporated. However I was told he was away for the week as his son had Covid. I looked back through our records and found we had always paid on time when we dealt with them more than 8 years ago. It seems this is NOT the same company we used to think highly of and what it has now become seems sad in comparison. I would recommend you stay away from this business.
