★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer relations! My elderly mother had one of their service men out and he did absolutely nothing! Charged her 70 dollars and didn't even take the time to diagnose the problem. I called on her behalf the following day and spoke with a very "rough around the edges" guy who "would be happy to allow her to put the 70 dollars towards a new softener." He was quick to badmouth Sears products and couldn't tell me exactly what the problem was with her softener, just kept saying there are no parts (although we still don't know what parts) and when I asked what the serviceman actually had done he said "he tried to fix the damn softener!" I would never deal with these people! They clearly go on service calls to sell new softeners! Gave one star accidentally and couldn't edit it!

They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job using a Fluoride removal filter for the whole house in Winnipeg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing results, if I hadn't experienced it myself, I would've thought there's no way these systems can do this. We had such bad water, so very much rust in it, ( my daughter's blonde hair turned orange) and so stinky, just horrible living with water like that. Couldn't do our white laundry at home. I searched online for water systems in Winnipeg, and found this one. Based on the review I read, I trusted this company. I brought a water sample to them, and a few weeks later they drove over an hour to come and install it in our home. Just amazing, I couldn't begin to thank them enough for the water we now enjoy. If you have bad water, I recommend this company, you will be satisfied. Victor and Andrey, you did an amazing job at installing this water system. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've known victor for almost three years now since I've returned to the reef aquarium hobby. Everyone who is looking for great results and quality filtered water I advise you to go see Victor and his staff.
For everyday drinking water or other needs of clean and clear H20 don't hesitate to call this place.
Also he is an amazing person to get great prices from. If you see things at other stores let him know as he can give you the proper feedback on that brand of filtration, so it can meet your needs and standard of your water supply.

He was the only one to diagnose we had a low producing well. He beat everyone's prices. Him and his team built a whole system in our place in one day. Amazing service! He's always there to help when you have questions. Extremely knowledgeable. I urge anyone looking for a water system to call Victor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a water softener issue and called Victor at aqua sure at three in the afternoon. He was over at my place three hours later with a box of parts for my softener. Quickly, he figured out the problem, and reprogrammed my softener and within a few days our water hardness was gone. He is very knowledgeable and very professional and I would recommend to any one having water issues. Thanks Victor.
