★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked us in for an install, gave us a quote, and then when we called to confirm they got the correct permits/requirements for strata, they confessed that they didn't have the product in? how are you going to install in two days when you don't have the product? glad i chased them and got a solid answer before taking a day off of work for them to no-show.
edited to add: corona emailed *after my review* after advising 2 month time to "source the unit", and price would be "different than what has been provided". when the original quote and day was given, they advised it would be "no problem to fit us in as they had other units to work on".
