From start to finish, Christian made our wedding dreams come true. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but everyone at Cornerstone made it so much easier with their guidance, organizational tools, suggestions, responsiveness and positive attitude. Once we arrived the day of our wedding, we were able to just relax and enjoy the experience as the cornerstone team ensured everything went smoothly. The entire cornerstone team is prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We got married at the Canmore Ranch which is absolutely stunning. We then had our reception at the Cornerstone Theatre, the venue is breathtaking. The service is spectacular. Out guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The bartenders made amazing drinks. The DJ played great music and made an effort to get to know us and what kind of music we like. The night started and ended perfectly, we are beyond happy with our experience. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the Canmore area, this is it. No need to look further. You won’t regret it!!

We, like many, had an original wedding date in 2020 but we’re able to reschedule for almost the exact same date this year without any pushback. Christian was our coordinator and made the day spectacular. He was patient, kind, and so accommodating with anything we could possibly need on the day of and for many months before. I received several compliments on my planning and execution of the event but it was all the Cornerstone team. The food and DJ Gaston received rave reviews from our guests as well. We can’t recommend this venue enough, it couldn’t have gone more perfectly.

Before we met Jessica and the Cornerstone team, planning our wedding had become a bit of a nightmare with the pandemic. We had postponed, cut guest lists multiple times, lost deposits, had vendors back out on us and were left feeling very uncertain as to what our wedding was going to look like, or if it was even going to happen at all. Once we decided to go with Cornerstone it was such a sigh of relief. They were open and honest with us, up front and understanding about costs and refunds and most importantly, they were willing to stick by us and make our day as special as they could regardless of what restrictions looked like at the time. We also had a lovely planning meeting so that Jessica could get to know us and our vision. At that time we got to do a tasting as well and the food was incredible! We ended up only being able to have a 10 person ceremony with no reception, but Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that it still felt as special as it would have with 80 people there. She took decor into her own hands to make sure that the space didn't feel empty, took over the role of playing ceremony and background music and made sure we still got to have a wedding dinner, even though we couldn't have a reception, by sending us home with individually packed meals. If you ever get the chance to work with these wonderful ladies, take it!

C	Cassidy Bergshoeff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had originally planned a 150 person wedding with cornerstone. COVID hit and cornerstone helped me plan a wedding for 150, 50 and in the end 10 people. They made our dreams come true and made sure to make the day extra special even even though we had to cut most of our original plan. The chef put together incredible charcuterie boxes for our guests to eat on their drive home as we couldn't serve food at our ceremony with COVID restrictions. Cornerstone explored any idea I had to see if they could make it happen. They also refunded us all any money we had deposited and didn't use for the day easily right after our ceremony. Christian was our day of coordinator and I couldn't say enough great things about him. He literally played every role from the dog handler to the usher to the cake decorator and cheered us on throughout the entire day. If it weren't for his support throughout the whole process we most likely would have had to postpone which as the last thing I wanted to do. If your considering cornerstone I think they are your absolute best bet for a wedding venue, book them now!!
M	Mary Lofthouse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We knew we wanted to get married in the Rocky Mountains, and Cornerstone Weddings helped us plan and execute the perfect day. Our venue coordinator, Christian, was an amazing help with all of our questions and concerns throughout our planning process, keeping us well-informed and responding quickly to our many emails. During our planning sessions, we were given a wide variety of options for everything from food to entertainment to décor, and the Theatre was accepting of our ideas and any last minute changes that were made due to the COVID pandemic. We held our ceremony and reception at the Cornerstone Theatre, and both went off without a hitch. The space allowed for an intimate ceremony, with beautiful backdrops for photos both inside and outside the Theatre. The Theatre then completely transformed for our reception, allowing enough room for our 85 guests to be comfortably seated, a dance floor, and plenty of standing room for visiting and even more photos. The staff did a wonderful job with our decorations, the food, and the music, and were all pleasant and friendly throughout the night. The following morning, all of our decorations were packed and ready for us to pick up. We cannot recommend the Cornerstone Theatre enough, and are still so happy with how perfect our day turned out!

After cancelling our destination wedding due to travel restrictions, we contacted Cornerstone Weddings and they were extremely accommodating in planning our wedding with only 8 weeks notice. Christian was amazing to work with, and the day was completely perfect. We had our ceremony at the Canmore Ranch, and the reception was at the Cornerstone Theatre. The ceremony was beautiful, and Christian did a great job keeping me calm to the moment I walked down the aisle. The reception was decorated beautifully, and the food was incredible. I wish that I had room for more! DJ Gaston did an incredible job! He knew just the right songs to play to keep the dance floor full, and made for a very fun night. Highly recommend using him for your wedding DJ!! There were some small things that could’ve been done differently, but nothing that effected the overall experience. Regardless of minor imperfections, I would still highly recommend this venue for anyone’s mountain wedding. It was a very low stress experience, from the moment we contacted Cornerstone Weddings until the night came to an end. It was absolutely amazing. Thank you Cornerstone Weddings & Christian for helping us have a perfect day, with lasting memories.

Unfortunately we had to re-schedule multiple times due to the pandemic, and Cornerstone stuck with us the entire time. They were super accommodating to our ever changing plans. Christian was our day of event coordinator and was wonderful throughout our wedding planning process. Our wedding day went smoothly and without any stress due to Cornerstone's planning and execution. They set up and tear down everything, and make the day so easy for everyone involved. Everyone at our wedding had a fantastic time! THANK YOU CORNERSTONE!
