★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to get a simple black patch over a rip in a down coat - they put a clear one on initially that looked terrible, (whilst I was told it would be black). I then asked for it to be replaced by a black one, the worker was disgruntled and patched it half over some text on the sleeve - again a shoddy job. Then audaciously charged for for 2 patches not one. Pretty disappointed all round.
