Owner/groomer Diana Punyi makes every visit a positive and happy experience with her knowledge and love for dogs. Diana has 2 pugs of her own, Oscar and Daisy.
Originally from Ontario, she has fallen in love with mountain living. She is very excited to share her experience and love for grooming with pet owners and pooches of Canmore and surrounding areas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am struggling to write this review but it needs to be done. Simply said this has been our go to place for nail trimming and for that, we had always been happy. However, when we did a grooming, the doggo had scabs all down her spine the next day. So unfortunately, I have to leave this review... this happened summer of 2020... I just never wanted to leave the review but the other day someone asked me for a recommendation and ever since, this has been sitting heavy in the heart.
In response to Pugs and Mugs… the abrasions were only over her spine. I do not believe this was a topical reaction. It honestly looked like she had been clipped, as it was evenly spread apart and paralleled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pup Reggie met Diana today for the first time - he loved her! The entire atmosphere of the shop is inviting and relaxing. Her demeanor and calm put him at ease and he looks great! It can be hard to find a good groomer but Diana is one. I highly recommend Pugs and Mutts, great experience from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing first grooming experience for Bertie (11 month old Aussie Shepherd), can’t imagine he stayed still for a second but he came out like a completely new puppy, beautiful haircut, so clean and tidy. 100% recommend Diana, we have complete trust in her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been able to trim my dog’s nails - she gets very anxious and no treat in my house is enough to get her to sit still long enough to complete the job. I brought her in spur of the moment to try getting a nail trim with Diana, and the entire experience was amazing! We were able to walk in without an appointment, and the whole thing was finished in just a few minutes. She used the dremel tool as well as the clippers, so the nails were not left rough or jagged, (like I’ve had with other groomers in the past) and no bleeding either! All in all we will definitely be back, and I look forward to trying out some of the other services too!
