★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darci made our wedding cake in 2019 and it was everything we could have dreamt of and more. It was beautiful and tasted incredible; her buttercream is out of this world delicious! We had such a great time at our cake tasting and my husband who usually doesn't like cake had such a hard time deciding on flavours because he loved it all! Our guests raved about it and we purposely ordered more than we needed so we could enjoy it the next day at a post wedding event. From our first email inquiry to Darci and until we returned our cake stand to her she was so helpful, professional and friendly. We knew Darci was a one woman shop (as stated on her website) and we always made sure to plan ahead and we never had any issues. Luckily for us Darci began doing flash Friday sales shortly after and I drove from Calgary to Canmore every week for about two months to pick up treats. I would recommend Darci to anyone in a heart beat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darci is a master at her craft! Our wedding cake was perfect and exactly what we hoped for. We had a vanilla cake with vanilla bean bourbon icing, and I don't think I've had a better cake.
Not only are her cakes amazing, the baking she puts out on Flash Fridays is amazing! Any time we're in Canmore on a Friday, we make sure to stop in and grab some treats.
I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend Kake by Darci.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It turned out better than i could’ve imagined. The cake was delicious and the design was incredible. I ordered this for my wife’s birthday in Banff and had it delivered to the hotel. I asked for pine trees along the bottom in navy blue and i thought it would be sort of generic stencil shaped but what i got was so incredible i highly recommend dealing with KAKE
(I added the candles so disregard the colour of them lol)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cake and cupcakes for our wedding were beautiful. Every flavour we tried at our tasting was amazing but we decided in gluten free chocolate with salted caramel buttercream (would never guess it was a gluten free cake!) and a lemon cake with raspberry buttercream. The chocolate was so decedent and indulgent while the lemon was a bit of a lighter and brighter option.
Overall Darci was great to work with and the cakes were delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darci made our wedding cake 5 years ago. We just went by this past Friday while visiting for our anniversary to pick up some treats. She is an incredible cake artist as well as baker. Everything we have tried has been phenomenal. If you haven’t tried her baked goods, then consider this your sign to do so.

The birch bark cake you created for us was not only gorgeous, it was delicious! All of our guests loved your cake, your cupcakes, your smore cookies and macrons! Everything was absolutely delicious and left us wanting more! We couldn’t have been happier with all of your creations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked Darci to make our wedding cake for our postponed wedding reception as she came highly recommended locally and by our venue. We are so glad that we chose her. Our wedding cake was what we pictured, and it was easy to communicate exactly what we wanted. We didn't have a tasting beforehand but we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious our wedding cake was! We highly recommend her for your wedding day :)

The entire process was fast and easy and very inexpensive so I was already satisfied by the time we went to pick up the cake. I chose this place solely based off the reviews, and wow. Seriously wow. This was the best cake I have had in a very long time, It surpassed my expectations and was absolutely beautiful as well. Every one of us enjoyed it immensely.
Thank you so much for doing such an incredible job, it was the highlight of the evening! Will definitely return.
