β β β β β I just ordered a small Aztec bowl via SkipTheDishes and was extremely disappointed as there wasnβt any sour cream nor guacamole in my bowl and the shiitake proportion was very poor. At the price this cost itβs kind of this unacceptable.

β β β β β I had placed my order online to be picked up and I love how easy it is to customise your order and that you can select a pick up time that is convenient to you. I did noticed however that when I arrived to the restaurant, my order wasnt ready but they did assemble it in under 5 minutes. I'm not sure if this is the norm or if it was an outlier because the restaurant was dead, but it did leave my food fresh. The restaurant inside is bright and gorgeous and super modern. Really like that there are lots of bright windows. I ordered the aztek mini bowl and Asian mini bowl. The aztke bowl was my favourite and I loved all of the flavours in it. Being Asian myself I was a bit picky with the Asian bowl and there were lots of flavours which I wouldn't have put together so it's a bit too eclectic for my taste. Overal my bill came to under $27 and I liked how I was able to use my points online for further discounts.

β β β β β I went to buy a poutine and the cashier pointed to two boxes on the side - mini and regular. I told her I will take the regular. When they made the poutine and were getting ready to put it in my bag I asked why it was in the mini box. I was told those box sizes are only for the fries but for the poutine when you say regular they give you mini which makes me wonder what is the regular box actually called for a poutine?
Not the best customer experience. I will not be going back.

β β β β β I've been going there since it opened. I was very happy with the quality and service until this week when their Shitake Teriyaki Burger made me sick like a dog. The burger was charrred! and cold! And it tasted funny. I ate it anyway cause I was famished and too much in a hurry to go back and get a refund. Within 30 minutes, I was sick as a dog. I spent the next two days terribly sick. I should have gone to the ER to have a med report to support my claim, because when I called the restaurant, the only answer I got was to usual go-to, "no one else complained" They can forget my clientele from now on. ANSWER TO COPPER BRANCH'S RESPONSE BELOW: I did send a message to your head office, but never received a reply, Not surprised. I expected another brush-off, or more cookie-cutter public relation BS like your response, but they did not even bother. A piece of advice, don't copy-paste the same reply to EVERY complaint posted here. Try to at least project the illusion that you care, by posting a personalized response.

β β β β β I have frequented Copper Branch many times over the years. I reaΔΊly enjoyed the salads. One thing I have definitely noticed is that the portions have gotten much smaller. There was a time, several years ago, that the boxes would be filled to the top which was great for the price. Unfortunately, now the box is barely half full but the price remains high. I thought it was a mistake at first but after several visits, I realized that nope, about half a box is all you get. They even weigh it out now which is ridiculous. I will save my money and make my own salads going forward. Copper Branch is not what it used to be. Bummer.

β β β β β I ordered the Copper Deluxe and the Vegan Poutine for delivery. I really enjoyed the beet burger but didn't really care for the vegan cheese in the poutine- it ruined the rest of the dish. Would order from here again.

β β β β β Location is decent, they should use actual bowls instead this togo boxes for poke bowls. Poke Bowl was good in taste however no pumpkin seeds, if they donβt use the ingredients than they shouldnβt charge for it.
