I have been trying to contact AR for 2 days, after being on hold for 10-15 mins the phone line cuts off with some messages. Worst AR services ever.

So, a vehicle I was interested in had a BUY IT NOW price of $5000. I offered $4500. The vehicle was due to go up for auction the next day. A few hours before the sale began I received an email from some rep. In Dallas stating the seller would go no lower than $4800. I responded i was firm at $4500. A short time later, I received another email from the same rep. Advising me of GOOD NEWS...rhe offer was accepted and my acct. Would be charged for said amount. Well, given this is Copart, I was dubious, and priceeded to watch the vehcile go up for auction, ultimately selling for $50 more than my offer. As i still had the email stating my offer was accepted, I suppose I could have filed a complaint, but to what end. In any event, a lesson learned for me. Will have to hope Karma comes into play.

I’m a tourist in Canada, and I will be there for almost 2 years. I want a S550 coupe 2015. Rentals will do! Or lease!

Terrible customer service. Staff is very unprofessional ( Rude). Had a vehicle tow here with out my approval and my personal property was damaged. Management was condescending the whole time and after emailing canadafeedback@copart they where less helpful. Would stay far away from this place

My first time doing anything with Copart. While it is a great learning experience for me, I will say the following for those considering buying cars through Copart. 1. Remember it is "as it is" basis. 2. Try to view the car and start the engine if possible. There may be some other issues that came up with the car by just sitting for long at those locations. 3. Be aware of all charges after the auction. 4. You can actually buy very good cars here with little spend. So goodluck guys...

This is the second car I bought from Copart and my experience has been worse and worse every time. I came to look at a car 2 times and the damage was from the front and back. I ended up buying the car and 2 days later I came to pick is up. When they loaded it up on the trailer I saw that the passenger side fender and mirror were damaged. This damage was done within the 2 days it was at Copart. They had scraped the passenger side fender and mirror that I have to now replace. Images shown below is what was posted on Copart and the picture I took on my trailer outside when strapping the car down. Edit: Manger asked for more pictures but never contacted me after that. He said I should have talked to him before leaving, but that's not the issue. If a buyer hiers someone else to pick up the vehicle the blame would be on the driver for the extra damages to the car and Copart will never take the blame.

1- First car I ever bought was from here. Photos in App showed no damage at all, when I went to pick it up I notice a hit in the front bumper. Likely from their loader. I reach out to the manager, Vincent at the time. He went out there and tried to fix it but the bumper had a crack. In the end he offered to refund me for it if I chose to. I ended up taking it and replacing the whole bumper but that was my choice, they were willing to work with me and that’s enough. 2- Also be aware of thift cars! Most of them that comes from out of province STILL has the theft flag and you won’t be able to get any registration documents and you’ll have to wait for couple of weeks for Copart to sort it out with the insurance. Had it 3 times before. 3- BEWARE OF SCAMS, there is alot of duct tape and skitchy stuff going on to look cars look decent. cars with no keys usually mean more problems than just a key, I bought a 2019 Honda that says NORMAL WEAR and turned out to be a broken transmission. Thus do your FULL homework before purchasing because baby if you win it’s yours no matter what excuse you come up with. Go see the car in person otherwise you are gambling. Hey Copart, the title of the car/theft flag should always be checked out before listing vehicles for sale. Some of us on a tight budget and simply can’t afford to have our money freezed for weeks and months. Also, it would be nice if buyers have access to the Carfax report that you require from sellers on every lot you list on Copart. And take it easy on the vest thing! Have some to lend to buyers, I already have a collection. Leave a thumpsup if you find this useful.??
