★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thrilled with my experience with Cool Air! I was nervous in the beginning as I know nothing about furnace and AC units. Peter must've answered 20+ emails without hesitation or frustration. He encouraged me to take my time and ask all the questions I had. I felt respected and valued. Once our decision was made, Robert came and installed our unit, taking consideration to get the AC up and running as quickly as possible given how hot it was outside. They were flexible about working with out schedule and were so professional! I would absolutely recommend Cool Air HVAC to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pete and his team did a great job installing a new furnace / heat pump/ac unit in our country property very reasonable pricing and always there to answer questions or if issues or problems arrised he came on a weekend to fix would recommend them to anyone as one of the best in the industry keep it up guys

They came quickly to do the work we asked (booked within a week) and was a very stand up person. He did a free estimate for us for a BBQ gas line, and was straightforward and honest about the process which I appreciated immensely given how little I know about this stuff. 5 star work and person for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner put a lien on my property after the contractor I hired (who then hired him) didn't pay him and skipped town. I've never hired him, offered to settle to avoid this mess, was ignored and now have a lien on my property. Not COOL, not professional and surprising given the small amount of work that he did, not to mention the lien was file LONG after the 40 days allowed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hydro changed the gas meter and discovered a faulty shut off valve inside the house and left a repair notice with a 3 day time limit, contacted Peter who said no problem, be there between 3-5 the following day. I called and texted around 3 to confirm he was still coming, no reply or answer. Called again at 4:53 no answer until 5 when he texts that it does not look good for today. Asked if he was coming the next day, no reply, no call, no anything. POS and a LIAR Found someone else to do the work and let Peter know that it was taken care of that I appreciated his professional manner and replies (sarcasm), and magically he replies with a thumbs up emoji. Find someone honest and trustworthy to do your work for you, this is not the person to hire.
