★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indian Government need to remove the BLS from the Service, they are charging $200.00 for pick up and drop the courier. last quality service and they have to give other option to send courier like Canada post is way chipper then Purolator. Support the local Modi said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for renewal of my passport with the consulate and the process was very smooth and I was able to get my passport on time. Consular Sunila was very helpful and she responded to my emails in a timely manner. Overall, I was very happy with the process.

Consulate officer not only expedited my application since I had a deadline to meet, they called me personally to ensure I could pick up the document from BLS office on time. I really appreciate their help & quality of client service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them 0. Such a pathetic customer service that They would never reply to emails and never pick up calls. Absolutely shamefull people. Atleast start replying to the emails to make us feel priority for you guys as we are your customers and you have opened that office to help people. Not to just sit their.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi ! I'm not sure what other peoples experience has been with the consulate. But personally, I had to get my passport renewed so I applied in Tatkaal and they sent me back the new passport in 1 day itself. The entire staff was communicating using email and I even got a follow up call from the consulate asking if I received my passport yet, Which I did the same day.
My suggestion would be to supply all the relevant documentation that is mentioned on the website and if there are any major changes to be done in passport or anything of that sort, It's better to tell them in advance so they could guide us better. Thank you to all the staff for acting very quick at my request.
