★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever... I went there one day for some personal ? papers.. The guy in the branch doesn't even speak English. And when I asked him for a pen to fill my papers he told he doesn't have one, you should bring one before you come here

I came a little bit late to deposit my request to have a passport. The front desk welcomed me very warmly and explain that i may not be able to do it as the service should have already closed. He allowed me to fill the form and directed me to the passport service.
I found a very helpful person there who took the time and went the extra step to review my form, fix some mistakes and accept it.
I didn’t have cash to pay and he gently accepted to wait for my wife to arrive with the money to pay the passport fees.
I couldn’t be more grateful for these guys who were very helpful and provided me with a great service.
Kudos to these guys

They are even worse if you’re a young woman! (Are we even surprised?)
They do not ever answer calls (i suspect they simply hang up on us)
They are utterly disorganized. They act so arrogant, and for what? One thing is for sure, i am glad to be in Montreal and not Algiers
