Never reply for an email, never explain why the visit visa is rejected , it takes them one month to send back the passport with no clue of what happened there, no doubt the worst consulate with the worst service in canada, definitely not the right people to represent Tunisia .!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never held a grudge on someone or something in my life , the people that work there have no sense of time , they are not doing their job , never answer calls or respond to emails , the secartary is very rude and mean , you feel in fear when because they would say something that would hurt you.. I have never felt so small in my life , I just wish I can meet the staff in person and see who I'm dealing with , these people have no mercy... one day will meet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lazy lazy @*#&@# of ##&@:#; people no respect for people life urgency consulate card (which is invented by them only no one else have it) sent to them a month ago no response no phone calls answered no emails answered.. We really need a consulate for ontario because these people at Montreal are terrible it remind you of government offices in Tunisia nothing changed.. a long list of paper for no reason and service never provided in a time!!!
If you don't want to do your job get the hell out of there there is lots of more qualified people to lead a successful consulate. Tunisian people deserve better than this!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and respectful staff , everyone living in Canada knows that it s not easy to reach institutions over the phone,but they are thriving to assist our community, I have applied for my passport renewal, it arrived to me in less than one month, in meanwhile I needed a copy of my old passport, they emailed it to me the same day.
They really deserve the 5 stars !!

A checklist for every job is on the website if you follow all instructions and provide all documents your file will be processed with no delays.
If you have any paper missing then your file will be delayed waiting for that paper you need to understand that there is 4 people processing thousands of files.
When passport Is expired they have to go back To Tunisia to get the government approval.
Things takes time sometimes.
These people are doing their best and if you want to help them out make sure you do things right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put zero stars I would! Sent all the required documents for passport renewal three month ago and still didn’t hear anything from them or even know the status of my passport. My father isn’t well, so I’ve been following up constantly to receive no response, telephone or emails. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had in my life.
