★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product is fine- but customer service is unbearable. Huge disconnect between their internal group which leads to hostile customer service based on miscommunication. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently using the Eyez-On Evisalink 3 Module and am using their IP Monitoring service through CML Security. Before, I was with another company paying $30+ per month. I now pay $8.99 per month and am getting better service than I did with my old company! You can get in touch with the monitoring station without going through tele-prompts or the long wait times. The monitoring station pays MUCH more attention to my alarm signals and when something does not appear right they always call me right away to check. (My old monitoring company never did that) A great value and amazing service for the price!
