★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and disrespectful, never in my life did I think death would be handled so callously. It took 5hrs to plan the funeral and a fight at every turn to have the prearrangement contract followed. Despite the rude staff we dealt with I do not blame them for the poor quality of service, one person running an entire establishment is nonsensical. The Yves Légaré company needs to take better care of both its customers and establishments.
