★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience avec solide les pires logement qui existe alain Beaulieu et tout la compagnie il sont très très harcèlement ne vous demande pas l'autorisation avant d'entrer chez vous sa pris 1 ans reparer 1 toilette mais quand tu avais 2 jours de retard sur le loyer la y vienne vite a votre porte pour vous chargez le loyer maintenant que jai cedez mon bail on me poursuis en justice pour mes retard de loyer on me menace on vien cogner cz nois pour me harceler les pire personnes que jai pu connaître

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stephane gloutney, chantal larochelle et leur meilleurs amis martin sont les meilleurs pour harceler leurs locataires. Vous payer cher, vous n'avez aucun droit dans votre propriété et vous avez presque l'impression d'être espionner avec ces personnages. Je parle au nom de tout ceux qui habite dans les logements solide, ils disents tous les haïr et vouloir déménager rapidement. Pour le prix que vous payer c'est a dire un montant déjà trop élever pour les services qu'ils offre (vue qu'il faut faire le ménage et les entretiens des bâtiment a leur place) puisqu'ils n'ont pas de service de conciergerie en + ((ils disent en avoir(pas vrai)) et lorsqu'il vienne réparer quelque choses il brise les choses plus qu'elle ne l'étais avant leur intervention...ce n'est vraiment pas comique de faire affaire avec ces gens en plus qu'il ont le monopole sur les investissements qu'ont leur prête, alors ils ont engager des tortionnaires qui aime bien vous sourire pour vous accueillir (forme de menace)

I speak on behalf of all those who live in solid homes, they say all hate them and want to move quickly. However I've been living with them for 2 years now and I've never had a single problem with anyone. They clean the building regularly and are responsive when you call the office. The rent is also very affordable
