Immeuble TRÈS calme et tout inclus (électro, chauffage, eau chaude, air climatisé centrale, piscine et stationnement intérieur et plus encore) Je recommande ! We have been here since June 2020. VERY quiet building and all inclusive (electro, heating, hot water, central air conditioning, swimming pool and indoor parking and more) I recommend !
S	Samuel Pepin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel immeuble et services offerts intéressants, la directrice générale et le monsieur qui s’occupe de l’immeuble (Mario) sont vraiment gentil, mais je crois qu’ils sont pris à leur dépends avec un personnel de soutiens et un immeuble extrêmement déficient. 3ème fois en 6 mois que je reste pris dans mon parking à cause qu’ils ont des problèmes de portes. L’employé qui répare la porte allait me laisser sortir puisque la porte est ouverte et qu’il est moindrement logique, mais l’employé de l’immeuble (Martin) est venu s’en mêler d’une façon ultra arrogante en disant “la il va retourner dans son parking un taxi ça se prends”. 377$ de frais engendré juste aujourd’hui pour le rendez vous que j’ai manqué et ça c’est sans parler des deux dernières fois. Nous étions une dizaine de locataires payant 85$/mois pour leur parking et on nous traite comme des moins que rien, des personnes âgées avaient des rendez vous à l’hôpital à plus d’une heure de route et se sont fait dire de prendre un taxi. De la mauvaise gestion comme il s’en est rarement vu. Je voulais déjà partir d’ici, mais là je n’ai jamais eu autant hâte de quitter un endroit. À éviter absolument. Beautiful building and interesting services offered, the general manager and the gentleman who takes care of the building (Mario) are really nice, but I think they are taken at their expense with support staff and an extremely deficient building. 3rd time in 6 months that I get stuck in my parking lot because they have door issues. The clerk fixing the door was going to let me out since the door is open and he makes any sense, but the building clerk (Martin) came to interfere in an ultra arrogant way saying “ there he is going to return to his parking lot, a taxi is taken”. $377 in fees incurred just today for the appointment I missed and that's not to mention the last two times. We were about ten tenants paying $85/month for their parking and we were treated like nobody, elderly people had appointments at the hospital more than an hour away and were told to take a taxi. Mismanagement as it has rarely been seen. I already wanted to leave here, but there I have never been so eager to leave a place. Absolutely avoid.

Sadly, the construction quality is less than stellar and the layout of the parking garage leaves a lot to be desired. Dealing with building management is always difficult and discouraging. The caretakers are extraordinary and friendly. I wouldn’t choose this place a second time.
