★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Des gens de ma famille ont ete obliger de passer par cette notaire pour la vente de leur maison. A leurs arrives ils ont eu l’impression de la deranger. Pendant la rencontre elle sourit et blague avec l’acheteuse. Mais pour les vendeurs ils se sentaient en retrait et de ne pas faire partie de la conversation.
De plus suite a un desaccord elle n’a eu aucune ouverture a la discussion . En prenant en consideration les connaissances que nous avions et parmis nos familles ses frais sont considerer abusif.
People from my family were forced to go through this notary for the sale of their house. At their arrival they had the impression of disturbing it. During the meeting she smiles and jokes with the buyer. But for the salespeople they felt withdrawn and not part of the conversation.
Further to a disagreement she had no opening to the discussion. Taking into consideration the knowledge we had and among our families, their fees are considered to be unreasonable.
