To start with , I would like to thank God for the blessing and strength that he gives me every and each day, Dear CEO of compass group Canada, I’m seeking to you for the hope we can solve some issues. I have been working in your company Housekeeping department in BC children hospital for a while , I have work under many good and poor manager before, I have been always honest with my opinion and hard work. Dear CEO , sadly I have to report to you that one of the Manger in children hospital by name Sebastián Sinclairlabbe by far she is the worst most inexperienced Manger I have ever work with. She is extremely talented in laying, making up stories, and giving you best nonsense answers. I used to work with love and passion, Sebastiana Sinclairlabbe successfully succeed to kill my motivation to work and looking forward to work next day the reasons for that : . She wants you to work hard but she never leave her chair She wants you to be honest but she always lies She give you bad attitude if she feels you are asking her for help She says “ I will give you full support “ but she is the first one to call the HR on you She will promise you to pay you overtime if you agree to work but the next day she will say she never say that. She asking you to be responsible but she is very fast to run from responsibilities So many times when I tried to have a discussion with her I feel unwanted and not important She advice us to drink water when the temperature is hot like today from the toilet water ??? and this is was not a joke I have witness 38 pm staff Housekeeping stuff She warned ⚠️ us do not take give any gifts to supervisors or Manger and same not allowed ? supervisors or Manger gave any gifts to the associate its work policy she said but under table she is exchanging gifts with associate and I have names for the CEO if he likes to give to make sure I’m not making up stories. She allowed supervisor by name Chandra kumar to go and take pictures of associated personal pictures without asking a permission to take pictures for example when they are on break or taking a break nap ?. 10 to 15 minutes nap. Sebastián Sinclairlabbe never walked, inspect, help , give audit, to us , and in the end of the day when there is a complain she even does not know where is my area and what is been covered or not , for example she doesn’t know the difference between 1L and L1 for the people who work in hospital children hospital they will understand what I’m talking about, however, Manger doesn’t know anything. How I get motivated and inspired if the person who should look up to have all the above poor quality. I tried to call the HR , a direct Manger and the HR the covered her up and she is still working under one if your employer name and she used your name to represent herself and her poor quality management. What I’m realy hoping for to have a new , honest, well experienced Manger so we can give 100% work as a house keeping employees we need better leader , who can motivated us. May God bless you all! ?
