DO NOT RENT/ LEASE from this organization. They have no concept of customer service whatsoever. If you have issues or concerns about your living conditions the attitude is very much "not our issue" and you did not have to decide to live here". There is little, to no humanity in the individuals that work in the leasing office. You will be told the units are quiet, condo quality, yet the walls are paper thin, and the finishing are cheap (the electric baseboard heater are approx. $50.00 each, the thermostats are $15.00). The appliance are Whirlpool, which are nice, but the entry level models. You will be shown the amenities package that is NOWHERE near being complete, but you will be lead to believe that they are close to being offered. Yes we live in a construction zone, but that does not mean the accesses and egresses to the building need to be unsafe. Parking is ridiculous, but they will claim that parking is not in your lease and is under a separate agreement (parking is currently in a undersized, gravel lot at the back of the construction sight). For you own sanity, and for your own safety, even though we are in a housing crisis, avoid living here.

Warning to those looking to sign a pre-lease. Do not trust the date of completion even if the leasing manager/building manager ensures them. Many current residents for building one were left with little to no notice when the completion date was changed. This caused many residents to have nowhere to go after putting in their notice. Moving all your belongings is an already stressful endeavour. This is compounded when you have booked all your moving plans and are told a few days before move in date that you will need to find somewhere else to live for another couple of weeks. Hopefully many amenities will be complete by the time you are looking to sign your lease. Many residents were promised parking/underground parking, dog runs, save-on-foods downstairs, but non of them were available upon move in.

I would give more stars if the underground parking, the dog park and 1930 Jerome building were fully completed. Unfortunately It is noisy when you take into consideration the construction vehicles, tools, loud music from workers and dust as we cannot sit on the balcony during the day and enjoy the warm weather during the day. It is also unfortunate for a pet friendly complex that there is no green space around the building for pets to do their things. Other than that, my wife and I love the location. The superintendent, Audra is very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the place if you don't mind living around a construction site.
