Dominique was a true professional and fixed our problems and made some updates to the system the previous installer forgot to do .
L	Linh Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to upgrade our alarm system because it was outdated and John recommended to install new smoke detectors so that it would be connected to the new alarm system to be monitored. We did and was so grateful when the smoke detector went off last night at 3 am. The alarm monitoring company called us and all of our back ups but everyone was sleeping so they alerted the fire department to come. If we didn't have the fire detector hooked up or monitored, the fire department would not have been come and helped us to get all the smoke out of our house. This was a God sent and a blessing to have it installed. Thanks a million John.

We are extremely happy with the change, the customers service is wonderful. When I have called in to ask a question or have some adjustments to our system Columbia was quick to solve it.

Instead of selling us a new system (which would of cost the owners thousands of dollars) he recommended that his IT staff refurbish our old computer. Within a 24 hour period his staff reattached our computer to the main access system. We are now able to add/delete clickers. Thank you from all the owners, we will award Columbia Security another job in a week or so (Intercom). Regards, Tim
