They promptly responded and sent us all of the necessary material to get us up and running again. Cannot say enough how professional, quick, and helpful they were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a "photocopier emergency" 2pm on a Friday. I contacted Columbia Business Systems. I requested a tech for Monday. Later that same Friday afternoon, tech was on site working on our issue.
We needed a part. Columbia Business Systems turned it around and we were back up and running early the next week.
Throughout the whole process, I received very fast response times and great service.
Would recommend.

Our previous copier company did not provide us with any support, and now through Columbia Business Systems we have all the support we could ever need!
Bruce has been absolutely fantastic, from helping us return our old copier, to getting us set up with our new Canon, and general support. We've been able to get in contact with Bruce any time we had any questions without any issues.
They helped us pick a copier that suited the needs of our office, there was no up-selling to a large scale copier that we didn't need. The honesty and integrity of this company is so refreshing!

I had a printer software issue after my laptop prompted me to update to a newer version of Windows 10. Danel S. returned my call within minutes after I contacted the office for assistance. Danel followed up with an email which solved the issue. We have purchased printers from Columbia Business Systems before and have always received great service. Highly recommended.

From start to finish through the process the knowledge and service of the sales and implementation team has exceeded all expectation. The sales team listened to my needs and identified the machine that would meet my requirements. They provided multiple pricing options for my review and consideration. The lead time was very reasonable (less than 4-weeks) given the supply chain issues effecting all industries currently. When the machine was received by CBS, the sales team delivered it and setup in my office the next day. The implementation technician set the unit up, provided an orientation, and ensured the complete functionality prior to leaving the office.
