We had tremendous difficulty using Xerox, the response time and turn around for solving issues was not at par for running our business. Com Pro is a local business and they have been nothing short of amazing! Their client care is impeccable. Your wait times are NOT 5 hours long, and your needs are taken care of at the first step rather than being transferred to multiple people. Our Rep, Matt Weizman, has gone above and beyond ensuring our transition from Xerox to Com Pro was as seamless as possible. Not to mention, Matt occasionally checks up to ensure our needs are met and makes sure everything is running smoothly! We have started integrating Com Pro in both our locations and would highly recommend their services. They get it done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trinity Western University has been using the services of Com Pro for a few years now and have been extremely pleased with their high level of customer service. Steve goes above and beyond to find the best solutions that meets our needs. Knowing that these types of machines will require service, our RFP process heavily emphasized the service and support aspect and Com Pro never fails to bring their A game there either. Case in point, a couple months ago I met a Com Pro tech in the hall and, assuming he was there to fix something, asked what the issue was. He informed me that they knew our September would be busy as we kick off our academic year so he was just on campus doing preventative maintenance to make sure everything would run smoothly. Now that's service I can really depend on! Thanks for taking such great care of us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My workplace (Redwoods Golf Course) has been using Com Pro for our office printer for around 8 months now and I don't know why we didn't change over sooner! Every time we have an issue with our printer it is such an easy process to place a service request and to get a technician in. With the last two issues we experienced, someone came to fix the machine within 30 minutes of our phone call which is AMAZING! Our last printer company was a terrible hassle to place a service request and it could take days, or sometimes weeks, for a technician to come fix the problem. It is an absolute pleasure to have Com Pro taking such good care of our printer for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very incompetent technicians, I phoned them to come and fix my Lexmark printer as it was having a paper jam error, A technician came and spent the hour literally removing the drum and imaging unit and putting them back and ofcourse this didn’t do anything and printer was still not working although I kept telling him that I googled this error code and it says that something is wrong at the back of the machine.
Anyway he told me that its gonna be hundreds of dollars to fix the machine (in addition to the 190$ that he got already for coming) and kept pushing me to buy a new one and 30 minutes after he left I found a manager calling me and giving me a quotation for a new printer.
THE FUNNY THING IS THAT 1 HOUR AFTER HE LEFT I FIXED THE PRINTER MYSELF ALTHOUGH I HAVE ZERO KNOWLEDGE OF PRINTERS (just watched a youtube video).
I’m writing this review after I emailed the company to complain about the waste of time and money that they caused and the incompetence and noone got back to me and also I already printed thousands of papers since the fix that I did
