The workplace is a friendly enviornment and the experienced Engineers provide excellent mentorship to the junior staff. Management operates with open doors, so the junior staff receieve good guidance and training and are well-supported in their career growth. The firm also works with a client-orientated mindset to make sure a good product is delivered. Overall a great structural engineering firm whether you are an employee or client in need of a structural engineer.

Horace recently completed a 30,300 sq’ concrete tilt up for my company and we have continued to use Horace for TI work. Promt and helpful service is so important in this industry and the guys at Horace get it done, no matter how challanging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend to anyone. Produced drawing without even doing a site visit, drawings are non-professional at all upon closer review with contractor and other engineers. All due to lack of understanding of the scope of work and actual working experience.
Upon talking to the them about possible reviewing the plans and maybe come up with a alternative ways to do certain things, I was told that "this is the only way".
And when asking for advice to execute the scope or work, I was also told that "we need to figure it out ourselves".
Horace Engineering showed us lack of experience, and willingness to coordinate and complete the project. Again, would not recommend to anyone what so ever.
