En arrivant, une vendeuse vient me voir et je lui explique ce que je me cherchais. On marche ensemble pour aller voir les produits dispobibles, elle prend une boîte, regarde très rapidement l'étiquete du produit, me dit qu'il contient du produit chimique et me dit de commander en ligne. Je n'ai jamais vu un si mauvais service. J'étais sur place mais la vendeuse me demande de commander sans rien dire de plus. Je n'y retournerai jamais!!! De plus, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde au magasin. On January 8, 2022, I went to the store to buy myself a specific product without PPD. Arriving, a saleswoman comes to see me and I explain to her what I was looking for. We walk together to see the available products, she takes a box, very quickly looks at the label of the product, tells me that it contains chemicals and tells me to order online. I have never seen such bad service. I was there but the saleswoman asks me to order without saying anything more. I will never go back!!! Also, there weren't many people in the store.
S	Susana Ie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je faire une réservation dans le site un mois avant et 10 min après qui je déjà sortir de ma maison aujourd'hui , ils sont annulés mon RDV pour dire qu'il besoin faire le réservation pour téléphone si je voulais faire la coloration, zéro profissional, déception. I make a reservation in the site a month before and 10 min after which I already leave my house today, they canceled my appointment to say that I need to make the reservation by phone if I wanted to do the coloring, zero profissional , disappointment.

This morning we arrived 5 min early for our haircut and realised that the barber took someone else. No apologies from anyone, he wanted us to sit and wait until he was done. We left and found another place. Oh, if you like having the same person take care of you on each visit I suggest some other place. Each time we have returned here to learn that the barber we had last time no longer works there. 2 stars because my son generally likes the haircut he gets but soooo complicated and the staff acts like they are doing you a favour by cutting your hair. (when they are not on their phones, texting)
K	Kimberley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franco did an amazing job on my hair. It's a bit too expensive for me to go back and get my hair maintained regularly but I'm also a very low maintenance woman so it's not something I'm that fussed with. Really nice stylists and English isn't a problem.
