M	Myriam Chabot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne recommande pas l’endroit. Très long pour des mèches et une coupe: 3:30 et le prix en vaut pas la peine. La coiffeuse ne semblait pas trop savoir quoi faire. J’ai quitté avant le brushing. L’endroit n’est pas très propre. Cheveux partout et je ne savais pas où placer mon sac à main. I don't recommend the place. Very long for highlights and a cut: 3:30 and the price is not worth it. The hairdresser didn't seem to know what to do. I left before brushing. The place is not very clean. Hair everywhere and I didn't know where to put my purse.

The colorist was very professional and did a great job. Once the colouring was done , she brought us to the hairdryer seat and said we had to do it ourselve. I started to dry my mother's hair and she mentioned to go pay the bill before. Therefore I had set up my mother and went to pay the bill. This is the part that was super unprofessional: a worker comes with another customer and ask my mother to leave, my mother does not understand and is looking for her walker in her wet hair. I came and told them I haven't dried her hair yet. They then left for the next seat beside. It was so clear her hair is wet and has limited mobility. Thank God she did not get up on her own without her walker. Being a primary caregiver we have to care at all time. I was surprised by the level of stupidity for an expensive service. When you pay that amount you expect the professionalism.
