J	Jean-Philippe Goyette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis passé à l'improviste ce weekend après avoir perdu une de mes 2 pédales de vélo, malheureusement ils n'avaient pas la pièce qu'il me fallait en inventaire mais je tiens quand même à souligner le bon travail des 2 jeunes mécanos qui ont démarché autant que possible pour m'aider à régler mon problème, j'apprécie vraiment qu'ils se sont occupé de mon vélo aussitôt arrivé ! I came by unexpectedly this weekend after losing one of my 2 bicycle pedals, unfortunately they did not have the part I needed in stock but I still want to underline the good work of the 2 young mechanics who walked around as much as possible to help me solve my problem, I really appreciate that they took care of my bike as soon as it arrived!

On ne voit plus cela très souvent du service attentionné comme cela. C’est certain que je vais y retourner pour mes prochains achats ! Very warm welcome and service! Nicolas served me very well and put aside the room I needed without any problems. We don't see it very often with attentive service like that. I will definitely be going back there for my next shopping!

Ça vaut vraiment la peine !! - Je mis suis rendu aussi pour un '' check up '' de suspension arrière, on a rapidement regardé mon problème et en plus ont m'a donné quelques conseils / vérifications à faire sur mon vélo pour éviter de futurs problèmes, tout ça sans essayé de me vendre quoi que ce sois ! Excellent service ! - Positioning service is excellent, very nice guy who cares about your problems and really tries to solve them while giving you explanations. It's really worth the effort !! - I also went for a `` check up '' of the rear suspension, we quickly looked at my problem and in addition gave me some advice / checks to do on my bike to avoid future problems, all without tried to sell me anything! Excellent service!

P	Paul Rioux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped at a first bike shop(Spo... Oly...) for a quick fix on a loose bottom bracket. I was told right off the bat: "minimum 3 weeks!" WHAT???? Just to tighten a bottom bracket? I turn around and went to Record. 10 minutes later, my bike was fixed free of charge! As far as customer service is concerned, Bicycles Record is my new leader and I will continue with these guys and spread the word to all my biker friends. Thanks Record!
