I’ve had a few experiences with this shop and they’ve been great. I took my car to this shop twice last year and I’ve also taken my uncle’s car there a couple of times this year. The staff are very professional and respectful. This is a shop that I trust and will continue to give my business to.

We were referred to this centre by the dealership from whom we just purchased a 2017 vehicle two weeks ago. The car needed a new battery as some of the functions in the car were not working. As it was still under warranty we contacted the dealership, advised the sales person what wasn’t working and that it needed a new battery. He told us to take the vehicle here and it would be replaced. What should have been no more than a 20 minute job, turned into over 2.5 hours. 1.5 hours of which we sat in a waiting room with no one advising us of the progress. After discussions back and forth with the mechanic and manager, we were finally told that they replaced our battery with another USED 2017 battery, and that it should be fine. They would not replace with a new battery. This is not what we had been told. We would not have driven all that way for a similar, used battery. After expressing the displeasure of our experience to the manager, he offered to pay us a $ amount to cover a portion of a new battery and we would pay the balance. After being there for a few hours, we thought that this was fair. We are assuming the manager went to clear that with his boss (the owner), who then came out of his office. He did not have the courtesy to introduce himself. He told us that they have replaced our battery with a used one, and we would not be getting any reimbursement to put toward a new battery. If we did not want the used one, he would charge us labour to take it out. He said he did not know of the sales person at the dealership that referred us there, nor did he care, and that dealing with our issue was a waste of their time. The battery they gave us has still NOT fixed the issue. Never have we ever received service like this anywhere. Never will we ever go back and I would highly recommend looking for another centre before deciding to go here. It is unfortunate that I have to give this place one star in order to write this review as one is too many.

The service and professionalism at this place is impeccable. I've been here twice with both of my car's and they treated me like a family and made me feel at ease.
