Even though my purchase was nominal he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. In the future Hiway Refrigeration is going to be my first choice when it comes to Webasto parts. It is all about customer service and some firms understand that.

R	Rebecca Meadows on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a lot of time and money traveling to Vancouver for a scheduled appointment for ColdFront to install a Webasto heater in our Promaster. After we dropped the car off the morning it was scheduled for the intstall, Gina called us to tell us the price would be 35% higher than quoted and they weren't sure when they would have it completed. When I told her that was unaceptable business practices, she said "Here is the real rub, we don't have that right heater for your van, so it will take even longer!". This was after we spent hundreds of dollars and hours of time to get the van to them. Suggest finding a more organized company with better business practices.
