C	Cheryl Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are just awesome!!!! So professional, knowledgeable, HONEST which is hard to find today. I trust them as they are not out to gouge you. We had a new furnace installed through them, now looking at an air-con/air source heat pump as to what the best is for us. Sean tells you the truth, he could upsell and get more money but he doesn't he says what is right. I so value that, his opinion and his expertise. No matter how busy they are even when working 12-14 hour days they make time for you. They are upfront about timeframe for getting this done, Oh its like a breath of fresh air. Thanks Corinna and Sean and all of you. Makes such a difference to know there are still great people out there.

Today he is installing a tankless water heater and the job looks great, done fast. I cannot reccomend Bakerview enough.

Judging by the furnace filter...it had been some time> Sean was great, punctual, professional and helpful. He went through the service of the furnace, the fireplaces and the AC (heat pump). The heat pump wasn't working and we were worried we would need to replace it. Sean cleaned it all up, and determined the capacitor needed replacing. $100 part vs several thousand to replace the heat pump! whew, we were happy about that. Really appreciated the honesty and ethics. On top of that, Sean took time from his busy schedule to search hi & low for a replacement burner on a 30yr old fireplace. Going that extra mile on his own dime really says a lot about who they are and how they care for the customer. Highly recommend

We had a surprise serious issue and though other companies were unable to locate ok at it for over a week, Nick came by and checked it out on the first day. They diagnosed and resolved the problem very quickly. There were issues with the replacement equipment and Nick worked without pause to resolve it as soon as possible. He answered my questions with wisdom and patience. You can tell that these folks are in the right business.
G	Greg Paulsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to do a full AC and Furnace and Air Filtration system upgrade in 2021. Had heard good things about BH&C from a colleague at work. Sent them and a number of other companies a request for quote. Right from the get go there was something different about this company. The office manager - Corinna was extremely responsive - I believe when I called on the "heat dome" day they had received in excess of 130 calls! But I got a very timely response. She followed up with a time and day that Nick would be able to come and do up a quote. After reviewing all quotes and asking a bunch of questions, it was very clear who we needed to go with. It took a few months to get the product in stock and get availability of the crew. But the team (Nick and Sean) came out when they said they would, installed the product professionally. Corinna was of great assistance with filing all the paperwork for the Fortis grants as well. Nick and Sean also came back over Christmas holidays when the air filtration system was back in stock. If you are looking for a great group of people to work with you found it. This kind of purchase is high stress and expensive. Go with a company that actually values your time, answers all of your questions and provides a great level of customer service.
