★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Find a better option. Cogeco could care less about the small Gravenhurst market. Customer service is poor - when I asked to speak to a Manager, I was told it would be a 24-48 hour wait for a call back. 4 days later - still no call. Way too expensive for what you get. Keep the internet and check out streaming services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use Vianet as a internet provider! I was having problems with my internet. I found that Vianet purchases blocks of internet from Cogeco! I thought that Vianet was the problem of my internet until I contacted those who use Cogeco in y area and was told that they often have problems with their Cogeco internet service. If my internet problems are caused by Cogeco I would advise those to stay away from Cogeco! Maybe it is time for local representatives to look at setting up their own internet, etc., services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst company offering any service to anyone anywhere on planet earth.
I paid for a service that hasn't worked since day one.
When I called to see if it could be fixed I spent 1 hours on hold to be told to unplug the modem and this would fix the Tivo boxes that never worked. My next call was an hour and a half and when I finally got to talk to someone I was told it would be a month and 3 days to get a "tech" to my address. I told them I could get new services hooked up faster and was told to do it!! How is this company still in business!!??
Would give zero stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three months after switching to Cogeco TiVo I am still getting the same response every time I call in to ask when my service may actually be working, “24-48 hours” well three months later still not working! Asked to speak to a manager two weeks ago and was told they were too busy and would have to call me back, haven’t heard a word yet. If there was another decent internet provider I would be getting them to take all their equipment back. If you have other options use them, this company is a complete joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam, you pay money for a month's worth of service but you're lucky if your connection runs properly for even a week out of that month. You pay, but you receive little to no working Internet service. When you call Cogeco to ask them to fix it (yet again) it can often be weeks before they'll send out someone to look at the problem. One star is far too high of a review, but 0 doesn't seem to be an option. I'd recommend using any other internet provider (such as one that actually provides Internet.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We switched to Cogeco a little over a month ago and their customer service is non existent. Our phone was out for four days and the soonest they could send a technician was 5 days later. Imagine expecting someone to get by for a week without their phone. Now oùr TV is not working and I am holding for tech support (already 15 minutes). Use anybody other than Cogeco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. I am NOT a Cogeco customer and would NEVER want to be. I have a TEMPORARY line on my property which has been there for 8 months. They will not come and take it out. They have not even put in my neighbour's permanent line. All they do when I call them is pile up the excuses and lies. I am sick of this! Cogeco deserves negative stars! Zero stars are WAY too many!
