β β β β β I dropped by for nail trim a couple of times and loved how quick and affordable it was. The owners seemed to be friendly, then. I took our dog for grooming and asked specially not to cut it short and would pay extra for hand trimming if needed. The owner said he would give our dog a βtrimβ and when we went back he was shaved off! His hair was so close to his skin. Shortest cut ever. He wasnβt even matted so I couldnβt understand. Anyway after a month we went back to get his nail trimmed and our dog was freaking out. He was biting on his leash, trying to jump on me and refused to go in with the owner. We never went back and found another groomer. Recently we met a couple of dog owners and they also had bad experience. That they are known in the Korean community for being abusive to the animals or aggressive to the dogs to get their job done hence the cheap price. That they yell at the dogs and only Koreans seem to know this? Not sure what is true but if my dog reacts to the environment then that says something.

β β β β β Weβve been taking our dogs here for years and itβs always been amazing. The owners are very nice and do an amazing job. My dogs love them. We found this place when we were living in this area and still drive our dogs in from Vancouver almost 2 years later.
Weβve been consistently taking them there for 4-5 years now. Our dogs are older and never come home stressed or anything plus always look so good.

β β β β β It was my puppy's first haircut and I couldn't have picked a better place! Edward was so patient and gentle with my nippy dog. And Sue was also very kind and professional. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great job and your kindness towards my puppy!

β β β β β I took my 6 month old puppy here for grooming and I asked them to watch him and do grooming gently since he is puppy. The lady told me they did their best but after that he started to scratch his ear constantly. After checking I saw bleeding beside his ear probably because of cut! Never get back here!

β β β β β The owners were professional and extremely kind. Although they are primarily Korean speaking, I was able to communicate with them in English without problem. My puppy has never been groomed before and had really bad mattes. He was extremely difficult and not only were they gentle, they were extremely considerate of how he was doing. They did an amazing job and he looks fantastic. I highly recommend Coco's pet grooming.

β β β β β We highly recommend Cocoβs for their kindness and consistency in grooming Reggie in the past year. The owners are very patient with our slightly anxious dog, and we communicate well in both English and Korean. They are also flexible with scheduling, and their prices are reasonable. We will continue to bring Reggie here.

They are not experienced. Had the face trimmed not balanced. Then, the charge got increased suddenly when I went to get her.
They are not professionals.
Please do not have your dogs under their hands.

β β β β β Very disappointed this time. We bright the dog to Coco and was told to come and pick him up 3 hours later. When I went there I found the dog didnβt have nail cutting and asked the owner. He said the dog was not cooperative and cried, refused to have his nails cut so he didnβt do the nail cutting. I still have to pay the whole package which includes nail cutting and I think itβs rather unreasonable. Before I left the store, the owner told me that he will not accept my dog anymore because he cried a lot. Even if he didnβt say that, we would never go again. Poor service!
