★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used their vending machine at Cypress Mountain and it appeared as $7 as pending transaction, however it changed to $3.5 when it changed to "posted". Hope it helps someone else with similar "issue" ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried (twice) unsuccessfully to get a soft drink from vending machine at YVR. Charged for 2 drinks at $7.00 each. on the VISA I used. Am currently travelling, so hard to phone in to them. No email address or Whatsapp info available online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High five, kudos, gift card. Coca-Cola Vending is deserving of 5 stars. On May 17, I had a job interview at this location at 10am. I was maybe 5min early and my interviewer was maybe 5 minutes late. During that time 3 different personnel came to ask if I was taken care of. How nice. Shelly brought me in to see Ouzir. I couldn’t believe how comfortable he made me feel. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. It lasted over 30minutes. I would also like to mention Jason who phoned me to set up the interview. He sounded so much like a friend. I’m blown away by my experience and felt compel to write this. Thank you for the wonderful memory. My apologies if I got your name wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced... and I used to work in retail. They do not seem to know how to fix a basic problem, such as asking for OVER A MONTH to take a machine out since they refuse (yes, you heard me) to fill it. Our machine has been empty for over a year. It just sits there...taking up space. No one calls you back or follows up, and no one seems to understand what terrible service they provide! Or, what mandatory questions to ask such as EQUIPMENT NUMBER. Do not use these guys- they don't know how to run a business. Maybe they should take some of that money out of paying celebrity endorsements and use it to actually help out their customers! Pepsi > Coke any day!

It charges seven dollar for a single drink, terrible terrible machine. I also found a number on the machine I tried calling it, but it says the number has been changed and if I want to hear the new number I will be charged $3!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company charged me $7.50 for a single drink in the Metro town shopping mall. The coke is priced with label at $2.50, and the machine ask you to swipe the credit card twice as the first time, it doesn't work. So the machine charges you for two coke and gives you one. Their customer service number makes you wait, so most people are too busy to follow up! I HOPE SOMEONE FROM THIS COMPANY SEE THIS AND RESPOND. YOU CAN'T STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked at this facility for Coca-Cola and it was a fantastic experience with great management and overall good relations with their employees. There are always the negative people who will find fault for the most mundane reasons, but they were thankfully very few, overall a great experience working here for the Coca-Cola company.
I have not bought a drink from a vending machine in a very long time, I used to buy Coke from the vending machines in the warehouse and it was .50 for a 591 ml bottle when I started working for the company and then the price went to.75 for a 591 ml bottle after several years. I still love Coke and buy it regularly from the grocery store.
