★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Cobbs as we usually do to pick up Cinnamon Buns...usually to die for. Last week we bought 6, within one day inside the box they were ROCK hard stale. I went to buy 6 more today and voiced my concerns to staff member, she told me that every day all store left overs are given to charity so there was no way I would have received 4-5 day old Cinnamon buns and that I was either mistaken or lying........
Neither of which are true.
I will not be returning to this location and will go out of my way to make sure we never return.
It was obvious in the staff members comments she did not value loyalty nor does she have the experience to address concerns when you can look at the glass display case and clearly see the dullness of the glazing on the buns.
This excuse does not bear any weight as I'm sure that if all the left over baked goods were "given" to charity on a daily basis....this location would be loosing more money daily than it's actual sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive. Not good value. Bought croissants (supposedly) stuffed with feta cheese and spinach. Could only find the smallest trace of either. Looked good but definitely disappointing. Don’t mind paying a reasonable price when it’s worth it. These definitely weren’t.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, fresh products, just the smell of the bakery makes me hungry! Some breads also for people that enjoy a decent crust like me. Can't walk past this store without buying fresh bread, every time I go to London Drugs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know times are tough but service is just nasty. When asking for lighter products the girl rolled her eyes. Put over baked product in the box when I opened and asked her to please change she actually asked if I touched it. I was shocked, so rude. Been going there for years, not anymore. Not the first time I dealt with some attitude (many of the girls are nice) but when they are bad they are bad. It's not a lot to ask for when the charge the prices they do for so so products. Won't be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When an employee with a scarf on she head, long eyelashes, and 10cm long nails touched the bread I ordered, it looked so bad for hygiene. She kept asking me several times as if she didn't understand while I was ordering. Then, she pushed my bread to another cashier and pretended to clean up the garbage and kept me waiting for a long time. It's the place I've always been to, but I'll never go there again because I'm so upset and unpleasantness. I think staff management is very urgent.

Truly awesome to see local stores donating instead of wasting and on top of it all their bakery products are simply awesome
