โ โ โ โ โ Mixed experience but overall I can't return. Good for work boots perhaps but not for grail footwear, not enough attention to detail.
Edit re response: unfortunately they cannot be returned to fix mistakes and the damages done are irreversible and the shoes themselves irreplaceable. The shearling interior on my fave pair is glued over entirely, the holes not patched, the upper not secured to the sole despite being coated in glue, and somehow the cream laces were stained in your care. I was quite frank about how collectable and valuable the shoes were prior to having any work done but evidently it was of little to no help. I appreciate the sentiment in asking me to come in again but this was 4 pairs of shoes, not just one, and all of them are damaged beyond restoration now. Not only would replacing them be unreasonable, but it would not even be a possibility due to the rarity of them.

โ โ โ โ โ If you love your purse do not take it to cobblers. My boyfriend bought me 2 New leather purses. One is a hand bag and the other a purse that matches. I needed some changes done so I took them to cobblers WHAT a misstake. They did such a bad job on them. They gave me my money back but that does help when they messed them up. My boyfriend is livid! Not to mention the money he paid. I wore the purse out about 1 week ago and 1 of the straps broke and the purse fell to the floor,unreal. Then yesturday the boots I had New soles put on before you guys did my purse and handbag when I came home and took them off I noticed that one of the boots the sole was half way coming off now this really has gone to far. Today December 30th I myself put contact cement under the sole hoping it works. I'm very hurt on how my things were taken care of. You should remember me? I was there last year I'm guessing November. I will phone after the New Year. I just recently found out I could do postes on sites, that why it took me almost a year to say any thing.
