He spent 997.00 and had a refund that he was not able to pick up until this morning. He was told by staff that his refund was only available 30 days after the sale. He replied that they don’t have the right to decide what to do with his money. This woman and the manager who appeared were both rude provided zero customer service and snapped the cash down on the counter without speaking. If we all provided this kind of service none of us would deserve to have a business downtown at all.

I had previously only been in for watch maintenance and repairs which was always top notch. I was in shopping for an engagement ring and Chantelle was able to customer tailor an ring that far surpassed my expectations. She was able to inform me and make the appropriate recommendation after selecting multiple diamonds and I could not have been happier with the result. I recently returned to purchase wedding bands and the experience was once again nothing short of amazing. Having people who listen, care and truly are dedicated to their craft is rare but Chantelle, Richard and the entire team at JC Bradley are a pleasure to deal with. You can expect personal 1 on 1 care and although they seemed to get it just right for me they also gave all the assurances that no matter what they would they would make it perfect. The team at JC Bradley have earned my business and I will be a customer for life. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I am confident you will walk out with the same positive experience that I have now had on multiple occasions. Thank you once again for the amazing jewelry and a great experience!
