★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't seen Dr Kevin Penner at this location, but at a location out of Province, and he was the best vet ever, super good communicator, excellent with our cat and our dog, we were very sad when he returned to BC. Your clinic is sure lucky to have Dr. Penner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgeable. My dog had to get teeth pulled and they called to let me know that there were a few more that were in bad shape before doing the work to make sure I was okay with it. I also got a quote before they increased there prices and they used the quoted rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my vet for the last 4 years, I brought in my new puppy for a cut on his paw pad and his shots, which turned into what would've been a $1,500.00 minimum bill for surgical sutures to be placed and refusal to administer his vaccinations. After obtaining a second opinion because this seemed like a very outlandish price, the vet at Tsolum indicated this is something EASILY manageable at home, never mind something that required surgery. I feel completely taken advantage of by this vet and would never recommend this place to anyone ever again. On top of that, the vet shamed me for not bringing him in sooner (the pup was brought in the very next day after the accident happened after hours) saying "this wouldn't need surgery if you brought him in this morning or yesterday when this took place". This is such a shame because the support staff is nothing short of amazing, but with the absolutely atrocious sub-service I received from the vet herself and the ridiculous, overpriced, UNNECESSARY surgery recommended, I will never be back.
