โ โ โ โ โ I have been hesitant to investigate sleep apnea because didn't like idea of wearing mask at night, even though have not had decent sleep in years;
Always woke up tired. My doctor insisted I go to clinic & was surprised that I could do testing at home. After first night, I woke up feeling more alert. Oxygen levels improved & was able to sleep longer. It has improved my life ! Very grateful to staff & therapists for all their kind care.

After obtaining a referral from my physician, who had set me up with another sleep apnea clinic, I instead followed my wife's recommendation (based on her experience with Coastal Sleep) and contacted Coastal Sleep in Richmond. They have been very professional and accommodating. I am aware that some people have not been able to adapt to using a cpap machine, but I have, under Ray Huang's guidance, along with my wife's coaching. I now have more energy, require less sleep, and am not grinding my teeth much. It has been life-improving and I am very grateful.

โ โ โ โ โ Coastal Sleep in Richmond, BC has a receptionist that is beyond remarkable! Carmen is now and has always been fabulous. She is professional and friendly and efficient all at the same time. I had a few issues with my machine and she was on the problem in no time. Actually I had forgotten how to assemble part of my machine...she was kind and informative at the same time not letting me know that I was the one in trouble not my machine LOL. I have had only good experiences since I became associated with this Coastal Sleep shop multiple years ago. I am on my second machine. Just thought you people needed to know how great Carmen is, thank you for listening to my ramblings!

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. There were two clients waiting for service in the room, and one client was waiting outside. Staff A was on the phone, Staff B helped the first client and she looked at me, then she went straight to help the guy who was outside. Staff A finished the call, staff A asked staff B โDid u help this client?โ Staff B looked at me again โ Noโ Seriously? I came here for picking up the sleep test monitor, not very difficult case. Staff B do need some sleep or training.

โ โ โ โ โ Carmen and Peter have been super helpful and professional. They take their time to explain and go over everything. Communication is top notch. I hope the company will give Carmen a raise, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of!

Their service was wonderful, especially our therapist Johnson Zhang.
My son has severe sleep apnea but was very against wearing a CPAP machine. Johnson was very patient, and continuously encouraged and reassure him.
In the end, my son successfully started to use the CPAP machine and has been life changing.
We thank Coastal Sleep and their staff for their wonderful help and support

โ โ โ โ โ To the person who recently said they had a bad experience, I can only say it's a 1st come 1st serve process, with Covid most of us line up outside. Carmen that works the counter is super busy and tries to help everyone. Most of us who line up are so grateful that we can get a decent sleep and Coastal sleep helped me, I think your comment is hurtful to good people and the best clinic I have ever dealt with.
