The doctors are fine but the hours and availability of service aren't consistent. It seems hit and miss. If you want to go, make sure to call first to confirm they are open and that doctors are taking walk-ins.

WARNING!! To all current and potential patients. Watch out for Dr David Lam! I've been seeing him for several visits but upon review of my MSP billings (through my health insurance company), we had noticed he had fraudulently billed several visits. He even labelled me as COPD to bill extra. I don't have COPD!! I suffered from Asthma as a child and no longer have respiratory problems. Please check with MSP re: him and report him if there is fraud. I do not believe I am alone. We need to stop these fraudulent billings as a responsible tax payers!!!

I called to make and appointment and was told they only take walk-ins, fine no problem. I asked if there was a better time of day or day of week to drop in. The only reply I got was it's depends. Ok so the next day I drop in and they say, there done taking walk-ins for the day all i get is sorry. Every other clinic i have been to would at least have some suggestions on how to get in, i find it hard to believe it that randomly that you can't even recommend a time of day, or give me some idea of what to expect. They just simply didn't care.

Staff are terribly rude. All of them. They put everyone on hold and leave them on hold or they don't pick up the phone. There is never a walk in doctor available. If there is its usually gets filled up within the first hour or 2 of the day. Their hours are wrong and always changing that they never update them. The staff is terribly rude. Not sure why. I sincerely hope these women are not future doctors or nurses. The doctors on call are quick to get you in and out. Don't feel like you have a chance to tell them everything because you feel rushed. This use to be called cambie medical but its the same on the inside. Poor service and arrogant receptionists.

This is my first google review as I feel the need to speak up. I fully agree with Terry Lin's review. I wish to remain anonymous due to fear of backlash as well as patient confidentiality. I used to be a patient of Dr David Lam but recently transferred to another clinic due to hours/availability that worked better for me. When the chart was transferred over to the clinic, my new physician was appalled to see the clinic notes and decided to share them with me. FYI, my new physician will be reporting him to the college. There are many red flags in regards to Dr David Lam. First off, we noted he often copies and pastes his notes, not only from his own, but also from other physicians. Often times, these are not accurate reflections of the visits and I find this quite unnerving. As well, we have found that he had labelled me with diabetes, despite me not having diabetes. My new physician states this is likely to bill the chronic care incentive. I find this completely unethical and agree with Terry's statements. He is taking advantage of the system. We also discovered he had billed my son and daughter for visits when they were not present. He had asked me about my children's well being, and I presumed he was being thoughtful. I only found out recently he had billed entire visits without seeing them, and it was him who asked me about my kids and not the other way around. I will be reporting him to the college as well as MSP. I urge current patients to be careful re: Dr Lam. He may have a pleasant facade but I do not believe this is the behaviour nor conduct of a physician. Thank you for reading and listening.

Dr parrott's ways of communication at times, is without compassion and understanding where the patient is at. I don't know if he is aware or just ignorant when it comes to being sensitive to patients. It is hard to find a doctor who listens, shows compassion and patient to their patients. The ones available no longer take new patients.

Honestly I don't understand those people who left such negative reviews for this clinic. I only had positive experience. Relatively short wait time and I got what I wanted from the Doctor.

Avoid this clinic. Doctors are always late and very unprofessional. Appt was at 1:45 and the doctor shows up at 2:35. 50 mins late!! Not helpful at all.
