★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another edit: Since my last post, I have had many appointments with Kelly MacInnes and all I got to say is that she is fantastic at her job. She is great at targeting the trouble areas while also rejuvenating the body. Thank you Kelly.
I am editing this review and changing my rating from a 1 star to 4: since Coast Therapy has made numerous attempts to rectify the situation and offered sessions as they became available. I ended up booking time with Kaitlin Fisher who definitely knew what she was doing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for listening to my concerns and making solid attempts to fix my thoughts on your business.
Original Post: I'd like to review the services but I am unable to do so. Why you ask? Because, they have cancelled my initial visit 4 times without any alternative time compensation. I have been trying to get a massage for a condition for over 6 months without success. I've finally had enough and plan to take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with my first visit with Dr Kyle Stunden today. He really took the time to listen to what’s going on and figure out a plan to treat it rather than just cracking my back and sending me on my way like I’ve experienced with other chiropractors elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nozar is very good at what he does and takes the time to listen. I started acupuncture with him after 2 car accidents and am continuing to this day for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff are very professional and friendly and down to earth. Nozar has helped me a few years ago with an ear/neck problem and more recently with my acute neck soreness. The acupuncture sometimes hurts for a second, but Nozar is always so nice and as gentle as he can be. He is a very nice person and very skilled at his profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was terrible session in my life! I waited 1 and half month this appointment for my infant baby.
Firstly, I came to do massage! Finally, I got only talk during 45 min! Seriously?!
Why nobody said me about it when I made the appointment that the rule of clinic: “Your first visit is only introduction without treatment during 45 min! and also you need to pay full price(105$) for this!”
Secondly, hands of specialist was cold like ice. How did she plan to work with infant without cry with cold hands ?!
Thirdly, the room was too stuffy!
In conclusion, I wasted my time, nervous and money!

My situation is complicated. Bruce Voice has done remarkable work to get me moving.
The reception staff have also been great coordinating my many appointments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this place is amazing! The staff is usually always super friendly! Nozar (physiotherapist) Teresa (kinesiologist) and Kyle (chiropractor) are super awesome! Highly recommended!
The only thing that sucks is filling out your covid screening before appointment every single time you have an appointment which sucks when you have 2/3 appointments a week… Other then that 5/5
