She provided a simple but effective plan. And with each visit I was provided with immediate relieve plus the prescribed exercise has helped me to stay away from pain. You will not be disappointed with Nest Physiotherapy if you are looking to book your visit.

She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and committed to developing a treatment plan and exercise program that gets results. Cathy takes the time to listen, understand and get to the heart of the issue. When I needed treatment for a recent knee injury, I was relieved to find Cathy was able to fit me into her busy schedule. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had surgery last year and needed to strengthen some muscles post-op. Cathy gave me progressive exercises that helped strengthen these muscles and addressed other muscles that were working to "compensate" for my weak areas. I would highly recommend Nest!
