โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service from the guy cashier. Very rude and the attitude was just unbelievable. No thank you and rushed my orders. Extremely grumpy. Wanted to speak to the manager/owner but he was on the phone and I needed to go to pick up my kids.
Will definitely wonโt be back and will tell my friends not to come here.

Their food is good too.

Quality of the drinks is always best in class. 4 stars because the service would not be described as quick, and the building itself in the summer time gets extremely hot.

โ โ โ โ โ waited 30 minutes for them to not make 1 of 2 drinks i ordered. then had to ask where they were after seeing multiple people who ordered after me get there drink first. worst customer service. they never made my second drink i had to get a refund. never again. i was a recurring customer but after this terrible experience never again.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible Experience tonight. I ordered Berry Mango, had to repeat it thrice.
The server was not paying attention. In the end had to point to the Menu what I was ordering. Vanilla pearls are out or not serve had to settle for other toppings.
Background music was too loud. What was that about?
Noticed that people in-line behind me got their order first.
I wasn't told I would have to wait too long for a single drink. Waited patiently for 45 minutes or more, only to be told that my order was not done and that they had no idea what I ordered even though I paid for it already. Had to repeat for the fourth time what my order is. That's just too much.
Expected me to wait again. So, I stated I can no longer wait.
I had a long day and all I want was a cold drink.
Paid 7.45 dollars, waited too long. Walk-off nothing on-hand. No Refund. NOTHING!!!
Please fix your ordering system!!! Tell the customer wait times. Give a number or something. Hire a server who actually cares and knows customer service.
Seriously, I hope no one experience this anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Blend Bubble Tea for having such bad customer service that I have now found a new and better place to go to.
Ordered a brown sugar milk tea with pearls that had almost no taste to it. Pearls were a bit hard and tasteless as well. I had probably 2 sips and I went to complain. The worker told me that that's how the drink is, and the taste is from the brown sugar on the sides of the cup. No apologies, no offers to remake it. (Check the other negative reviews here.. quite the common issue with this place)
I didn't bother to press the issue, as I am sure their attitudes would just be once again reflected in the quality of their product.
For anyone reading this, despite its neighborhood location, if you are really hurting for "bbt" or some snacks to eat, I highly suggest making the effort to take a longer drive and not be ripped off.
I used to like this place and love to support local. BUT, the business also needs to support its customers if there is a legit and reasonable concern.
DESPITE, what the owner professes to in other negative reviews where he says they would refund/remake rhe drink, they clearly were not interested in doing that for me.

โ โ โ โ โ For our first visit I got strawberry + the strawberry popping pearls, and my fiance got the mango with regular pearls. They tasted incredible. Since then we have been back several times. The staff are always so sweet and kind. This is my favourite place to get bubble tea in the lower mainland. And don't overlook their food - it's so good too. A true hidden gem!!
