Worst location ever the staff take way to long and don't care how long you wait and are very nosy in wanting to know private things about this that and it's none of there business. I closed my account with them and went somewhere better I recommend everyone else do the same

Provided incorrect confirmation of account details before a sizeable EFT, costing me thousands of dollars in fees. If I was not forced to use Coast Capital through work, I would not use Coast Capital.

Everyone here is always super friendly and more than happy to help. Never had any issues at this branch, and there’s never much of a wait. This branch is about 10 minutes from Fort Langley, and is open later than the branch in the Fort which is very convenient.

Staff are unfriendly and almost make you think your their to wait and get serviced on their terms. They look down, not engaging and rarely acknowledge customers in line. The staff wondering around should step in and help when there’s a line up, but good service does not seem to be their priority.

My mom and brother are new immigrants. We went here to open an account for each of us. The lady that helped us, although she had good intentions, she was really rude. I believe she used to work at Scotiabank in Toronto. She was asking us questions to assess our needs. Which I appreciated. When I told her I just bought a place she asked where I got the mortgage and when I told her IG Wealth Management she rolled her eyes and said: β€œYou’re kidding right?”. Then she proceeded to badmouth IG. What she didn’t know was that I was (at the time) a Financial Advisor at IG Wealthment. I found it so disrespectful and dismissive. Now, that was one interaction. Since then I’ve gone maybe once or twice and they were as pleasant as you’d expect from any financial institution. It’s unfortunate that one bad apple can ruin someone’s experience. My mom and brother still bank with CCS but online only. I only used my account to transfer money to my mom for free but my primary bank is TD since 2008 and love it.

It only gets one star because of how it kept my money safe for all these years. The staff has always been incredibly rude, so I don't know WHO these other reviewers are dealing with. Clerks stick their noses into private conversations to inform us of something we already know... Switching banks soon. Ridiculous. Would not recommend.

The staff at this location are much more pleasant than any other location. They all seem to enjoy their jobs, and engage with their members. They make an effort to make you feel welcome. It stems from their branch manager right down to every staff member that you deal with. The branch location itself is great. There is ample parking, and the building is clean and tidy.

This is the slowest branch I’ve visited. Been here numerous times and it’s always a grind. Doesn’t matter how long the line is, they just close another desk right in front of you.
