★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greg and Jordan did an amazing job in "building" my mom a wheelchair that gave her the proper body support she required after she had her stroke. They have continued to do any "tweaking" along the way as needed (single handed brake extensions etc) and are always very respectful and concientious of my mom's wants and needs. I would highly recommend these guys and Coast Ability! Thanks so much! (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a reclining lift chair. The chair is amazing, so comfortable and well made. Jordan and the staff were incredible. They made sure all my questions were answered and set the chair up exactly as I wanted it. Yes, I could have probably gone to Vancouver and maybe even saved a few dollars, however, knowing if I have a problem Coast ability are just a phone call away with technicians on hand to fix any problem I may have means more to me than maybe having to speak to someone in Montreal or Toronto and get lost in the shuffle. Thank you all so much for your kindness and caring, that we can only get on the coast, you are very much appreciated.
