★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not recommend Silvia at Timeless highly enough! This was my first time with the microblading process and Silvia was personable, professional and had my best interests in mind. Silvia walked through me through entire process and frequently asked for my opinion to make sure my needs were being met. I had such a great experience at my initial session, I could hardly wait for my follow-up. With my new eyebrows, I walk a little taller and more confident in my own skin.

After researching all the local options I decided on timeless and im so glad I did. I have had two microneedling sessions with Silvia and im super super happy with the results and customer service. She took the time to talk me through all the options for treatment for my acne scarring and has made each visit a comfortable and relaxing experience. The clinic is spotless and beautiful, she is professional and easy to talk to. Im also happy that they carry high quality medical grade skincare (ZO) so I dont have to purchase online. After both my treatments she has followed up to ensure i have been happy with the results and was recovering well. Silvia also went above and beyond to offer to do a scar i had on my arm from an old surgery which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend this location and plan to be a frequent customer. Thanks Silvia for saving my confidence and skin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not be more dissatisfied with the service they offered. I was there for botox, lip filler, and laser treatment for my skin, everything seemed to be fine as it was my first appointment at this clinic. Until the I saw the way they sanitized the needles and the equipment it was honestly frightening. As if it couldn't get any worse when they inserted the needle into my lip the woman ended up squeezing the substance into my cheek/lip area making me look like a chipmunk, no refund of any type was received.
