★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get a hold of. We have tried to book both a tour with a skipper, and a 6-8 seater. On their web site it is stated that they will get back to you within 24h. They actually don't. Other rental companies at Granville Island and Horseshoe Bay offer live availability tools and confirmation. Being busy is one thing, getting to a point where you ignore your potential customers and under deliver on your promises of follow up is another.

Wes, thank you for your detailed response. You obviously take your business seriously. As a former small business owner who juggled 2 jobs for nearly 10 years, trust me I understand busy. When you are admittedly that busy, and continue operating so short staffed... you risk compromising your reputation in the long run. Hiring, amending your response time frames on your web site, adding a pop up window that explains the current situation or a note that say "we will get back to you if we can confirm your reservation" or something on those lines all come to mind. I praise you for having safety in mind first and foremost, but why not make a quick questionnaire about your potential customers' experience and understanding of boating rules as part of the booking process to filter out those careless "party types". Lastly, I am sadden to report that we also had a similar experience last year with your business. A couple of attempts at booking with you guys were never acknowledged (phone and email).
I will bump up my star review to account for your sincere acknowledgement. Best of luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wes was awesome with the whole rental. We ended up getting the 21ft 150HP bayliner which had tonnes of space for 8 of us and storage for all our bags. Would highly recommend. Great location to head up Indian arm or cruise the West Van waterfront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only is this an ideal location for heading out on the water, Wes and Tyler were above and beyond friendly, while providing essential knowledge of the area and coming in and our of the harbour. They made the experience for my 6 year son very special, and created memories that will last us a lifetime. A+++ in my books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wes was brilliant at organising our rental. We have a great time exploring on one of his 18 ft boats. He explained everything in detail and give us some good times in how to spend our time on the water exploring. Would definitely use again on my next trip to Vancouver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting a boat and spending a day out exploring the Say Nuth Khaw Yum (Indian Arm) fjord is such a treat! The views are incredible and the water is lake calm. We saw so many cute seals!
The entire rental experience was smooth and stress free. Also the boat itself was great. Really enjoyed lounging in those front seats, and not needing to change any gas tanks throughout the day was a big plus.
